Through talent, hard work and outstanding business acumen, Terence has risen to become one of the youngest superstars in South African hairdressing. Terence started his apprenticeship in 1989, and opened his first Terenzo Hairdressing in Melville in 1993. Since then, his business and his career have gone from strength to strength. Since then, this dynamic, creative hairdressing group has expanded and their 100 staff members now operate out of two branches based in Dunkeld and Cape Town. They,re always on the lookout for new opportunities so watch this space for new, exciting projects. Being a Fashion Hair stylist is such a perfect art which allows us to use the most brilliant creation on earth which is the human being. This creation is a unique reference of performing arts through to garments that never changes. As a Fashion hairstylist, we put a non-visual imagination into practice and change it into a visual form by wrapping the human body in it, making the garments come alive. The things that we create tell us who we are. This is one ways to express ourselves in life. To have the ability of creating things gives us opportunities to say things without physically saying it.

Terence has done many fashion editorials and front covers of fashion magazines. For Example, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Cleo, Fair Lady, Style, Essential, Sarie, Menshealth and many more. He has featured on South African and New Zealand Radio stations such as 702, 5FM, Highveld and RSG.

Extensive International Travel too many fashion capitals such as London, Paris, New Zealand, Berlin, New York, Mexico, Dubai, LA, Toronto, Montreal and various islands. Terence participated in New Zealand Colour Trophy as a Judge, Performance stage artist and stage presentations.

Experience has taught them that constant education has been at the heart of Terenzo Hairdressing,s success. Eager to pass on their skills and experience in the hairdressing industry the group established their own hairdressing academy in Johannesburg; Mellville and in Cape Town Garden; Terenzo Hairdressing the school, that is accredited by Seta and City & Gilds and the first hairdressing school to be NQF aligned. The teaching is dynamic with lots of personal attention given to each individual.
